Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the Train vertical P&L with complete ownership of revenue, cost, and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement scalable business models to capture market opportunities.
- Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify growth levers and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, operations, and finance to enhance customer experience.
- Drive execution of category strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize performance to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Strengthen catalog operations and operational excellence within the travel segment.
- Identify new initiatives to improve customer value proposition and increase market share.
- Foster innovation, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement within the team.
Experience Required:
- 5-10 years of experience in E-commerce, Travel, or Operations domain.
- Strong experience in P&L ownership and category management.
- Hands-on exposure to catalog operations and business strategy execution.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
