Role Overview:

The Senior Manager Travel Alliances role is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships within the Banking, Fintech, and Travel Tech sectors. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and implementing alliance agreements that drive revenue growth and enhance our market position. The Senior Manager will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, as well as external partners, to ensure successful execution of alliance initiatives. This role directly impacts our ability to expand our reach, offer innovative solutions, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate potential alliance partners in the Banking, Fintech, and Travel Tech industries to expand our market reach and product offerings.

- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements with key stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and alignment with our business objectives.

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing alliance partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring ongoing collaboration and success.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to execute alliance initiatives and drive revenue growth.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the travel alliances space.

- Prepare and present regular reports on alliance performance to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic business alliances, driving revenue growth and market expansion.

- Proven client management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Experience in corporate sales, including identifying and closing new business opportunities.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
