- Responsible for overseeing the successful transition of HR services and process to the Global HR shared services model.
- Strong project management skills, exceptional leadership abilities and a deep understanding of HR operations and best practices.
- Develop and execute transition plans, including comprehensive project management strategies, change management initiatives and communication plans.
- In- depth knowledge of HR processes, policies and best practices across multiple HR functional areas such as employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, payroll and HRIS.
- Engage with project leaders, business leaders, the HR community to understand their requirement and offer time bound solutions.
- Flexibility to work in Global environment .
- String knowledge of HR Systems, Automation and Ticketing tool.
