- Manage, guide, coach and support trainers reporting to you, through their work management, session observation, feedback, and leadership. - Stakeholder and Relationship management: - With senior leadership with focus on India leadership - With the wider training community incl. Central L&D, Client Services and Technology L&D - With India WPFH COO SLT and wider community under the IMT through participation in locally run initiatives - With the Global BM team with special focus on members of the UK COO Technical Training Team - Ensure adherence of all training governance policies and ethics and holding them in high regard and leading by example - Be the Product Owner of the process - understand the regulations thoroughly to guide staff, maintain robust data and communicate regularly with senior management to ensure adherence and avoid breaches - Oversee the maintenance of skills matrices for all eligible functions within COO, analyse trends, create an action plan and present to the leadership regularly Skills Required : Technical : - Post-Graduate in any discipline - Min CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualified - 8-10 years' experience in design and delivery of workshops - technical and non-technical, classroom and virtual incl. elesson design - 5-10 years' of experience in managing people in a function like L&D if not L&D itself - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and instructional design tools like Storyline 360 & Camtasia - A proven experience in Data Visualisation and Data Analysis - Has the ability to guide/train other team members on mutual funds and the investment products the role holder supports.
