Role: Senior Manager - Learning and Development

Location: Chennai

Key Requirements:

- Strong experience in L&D / Talent Development within an MNC / GCC environment

- Experience in L&D strategy, capability building & learning frameworks

- Strong exposure to leadership development, functional & behavioural learning programs

- Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), competency frameworks & career development

- Experience managing learning calendars, vendors, budgets and external training partners

- Exposure to digital learning, LMS, blended learning & learning analytics

- Ability to work with global stakeholders and senior leadership

- Strong program management, stakeholder management and communication skills
