Senior Manager - TPM & Operational Excellence - Automobile

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Lead end-to-end TPM deployment across all pillars including Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Education & Training, Safety, and Office TPM.

- Drive Operational Excellence and Production System rollouts in alignment with organizational strategy, including design and integration of COS/WCM/MOS tools into plant practices.

- Develop and execute plant-wide loss identification and elimination roadmaps using methodologies such as SMED, Kaizen, Jidoka, Poka Yoke, A3, QC tools, SPC, and structured problem-solving.

- Lead cross-functional improvement projects focused on OEE improvement, setup time reduction, cost optimization, yield enhancement, quality improvements, and lead-time reduction.

- Facilitate award journeys including JIPM TPM Excellence, Special, and Consistency Awards; prepare documentation, assessments, and pillar scorecards.

- Design and implement capability-building systems including DOJO centers, technical training centers, skill matrices and knowledge management frameworks.

- Develop plant assessment systems, maturity models, benchmarking processes, and internal audit mechanisms for TPM, Lean, and ISO standards.

- Drive cultural transformation through employee engagement, visual factory implementation, 5S governance, and best practice sharing across shifts and departments.

- Support reliability engineering and maintenance excellence through development of PM frameworks, JH steps, lubrication standards, Poka Yoke enhancements

- Utilize strategic tools such as SWOT, TOWS, PESTEL, cost ratio analysis, loss cost matrices, and yield mapping for decision-making and improvement prioritization.
