
We are partnering with a leading and well diversified conglomerate in the Power and Energy sector to hire a Lead for their Total Rewards function.
This is a pivotal Centre of Excellence (COE) role, integral to shaping and evolving the organization's total rewards strategy in line with shaping performance driven culture. The role involves designing and implementing scalable, compliant solutions across compensation, benefits, performance management, and critically, advanced long-term incentive frameworks. It demands strong strategic foresight and execution excellence, with high levels of interaction with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end conceptualization, creation, and governance of Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs), including ESOPs, Phantom Stocks, SARs, and cash-based schemes.
- Orchestrate annual compensation benchmarking and drive the complete appraisal process.
- Benchmark, design, and introduce innovative employee benefits programs.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and comprehensive notes for Leadership and Board approvals on reward strategies.
- Develop and manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for all manpower costs in collaboration with business leaders.
- Support the creation and technical assessment of Balanced Scorecards for the leadership team.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- Proven expertise in the creation and governance of LTIP vehicles (ESOPs, Phantom Stocks, SARs, etc.).
- 6+ years post MBA in a Total Rewards profile.
- Track record of successfully managing multiple annual appraisal cycles.
- Strong background in HR policy conceptualization and development.
- Exceptional written communication and advanced analytical capabilities.
- Working knowledge of Indian taxation laws pertaining to compensation and benefits.
- Strong stakeholder management and a strategic, framework-level thinking approach.
Please Note- This is a full-time, office-based role located in Gurgaon.
