Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive business growth for Multi-Wing India. This role will lead customer acquisition, key account management, brand positioning, and end-to-end sales operations for the entire product line, while building and mentoring a high-performing sales and application engineering team.
The position requires strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to convert market insights into sustainable revenue and margin growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Strategy:
- Identify and develop new customers, segments, and growth opportunities
- Define and execute go-to-market and sales strategies to expand market share
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and budget targets
Sales Leadership & Operations:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure
- Lead, train, and develop the sales team
- Improve sales processes, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency
- Lead sales team for India.
Customer & Commercial Management:
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and provide application-based solutions
- Lead technical and commercial negotiations and agreements
- Optimize pricing and product mix to improve margins
- Monitor receivables and collections
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Track competition, industry trends, and customer insights
- Provide regular forecasts, performance reports, and customer statistics to management
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Gather and analyse competitive intelligence, market trends, and industry developments.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to management.
- Track customer statistics and business KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- 8-10 years experience in technical/engineering sales, preferably in Refrigeration & Ventilation
- 3-4 Years team leading experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- High commercial acumen with a structured, analytical, and proactive approach
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
