Senior Manager - Technical Product Management

As a Manager of Technical Product Management, you will bridge technology and customer experience to shape unforgettable journeys for our guests.

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven leader who thrives in collaborative environments and excels at turning complex challenges into seamless results. Partnering closely with engineering, strategy, finance, and operations, you will define product roadmaps, establish requirements, and track the impact of strategic initiatives. Your team will own the entire technology lifecycle powering our clients.

Primary responsibilities:

Strategy & Lifecycle:

- Owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, defining capability roadmaps, delivery visions, and prioritized backlogs.

Feature Definition:

- Gathers requirements from user data, business partners, and industry trends to shape features.

AI & Optimization:

- Integrates AI solutions to elevate guest/cast experiences and maximize operational efficiency.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Coordinates go-to-market efforts across engineering, commercial strategy, marketing, and operations.

Team Development:

- Coaches, mentors, and manages technical product managers while aligning program goals with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

- 8+ years in digital travel industry roles, including 4+ years of management and 8+ years defining API standards/technical mentorship.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and synthesizing complex project data.

Collaboration:

- Strong background in cross-functional communication, resource allocation, and team enablement.
