Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: - This role with lead the Talent Supply Group for India. - This role will encompass leading the functions of IJP and internal deployments for all resources on Bench / available for repurposing of roles. - This person will support in the design and build of the technology / systems to support the growth of the function. - This role is expected to grow the function to increase both internal supply and demand for resources and facilitate increased career movements and growth for home grown talent. - This role will be responsible for all data / knowledge management related to this function. - The person will be expected to ensure that all relevant policies and practices remain current and contemporary to drive increase internal mobility. - The role will have significantly high leadership interactions and will be responsible for high stake holder management and influence to increase internal placements - IJP's - The function is planned to expand beyond India as well depending on the maturity of processes and systems that the leader is expected to develop. - There will be a team supporting the leader - people management role. We are looking out for a candidate who can bring in strategic initiatives and thinking, can influence the business, superlative stake holder management and communication , lateral thinking , flair for design / build / logic and an aptitude for data/numbers will be essential
