Role Overview:

As the Senior Manager - Talent Management, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the talent strategy for the organization, driving initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, engagement, and overall organizational performance. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, and employees across various functions to understand their needs and develop tailored talent solutions. Your work will directly impact the development of the workforce, ensuring to have right talent in place to achieve the strategic objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization.

- Lead the performance management process, ensuring fair, consistent, and effective feedback mechanisms are in place to drive employee growth and improve overall performance.

- Develop and execute leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.

- Oversee succession planning initiatives to identify and prepare high-potential employees for key leadership positions, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruption.

- Manage the training and development function, creating and delivering impactful learning experiences that enhance employee skills and capabilities, and address identified skill gaps.

- Partner with HR Business Partners to provide talent management expertise and support to business units, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant on all talent-related matters.

- Drive change management initiatives related to talent management programs, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption across the organization.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives, using data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective talent management programs, including performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.

- Proven expertise in training and development, with the ability to create and deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

- Strong HR Business Partnering skills, with the ability to build relationships with business leaders and provide strategic talent management advice.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences.

- Experience in HR Consulting and Change Management, with the ability to drive organizational change and manage resistance.

- A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
