Purpose of the Position: - Identifying the tools, methods, and interventions for defining the Talent Management framework - To develop strategy of succession planning for senior leadership and critical roles and identification, development of successors. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for identifying the tools, methods and interventions for defining the Talent management framework 2. Driving Talent Management & Development initiatives aligning with business strategy and needs. 3. Create an effective communication plan for socializing employees with the set framework and principles Ensure effective implementation and adherence of talent management framework at the enterprise level. 4. Identify and manage career trajectory of HiPo, execute activities for succession planning, job rotation, career pathing, coaching, and mentoring in line with the guidelines. 5. Collaborate with Directors and their direct reports to facilitate nomination process for varied talent management programs at enterprise level. 6. Facilitate talent councils for discussing profiles and career movement, document gap areas to provide inputs for development interventions. 7. Run frequent analysis on varied programs from time to time to ensure rightful growth opportunities are provided to the talent pool and to make further process improvements
