Key Responsibilities:


OKR Management & Performance Alignment:


- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of the OKR framework across all business units.


- Partner closely with CXOs, business leaders, and functional heads to translate strategic priorities into teamlevel and individual OKRs.


- Establish and manage the annual and quarterly OKR cycles, including objective setting, reviews, check-ins, retrospectives, and governance practices.


- Drive organisation-wide adoption of outcomefocused execution while developing a comprehensive program roadmap for change management and capability building.


- Collaborate with HRBPs, leadership, and L&D teams to integrate OKRs into performance discussions, progression frameworks, and talent outcomes.


- Build and maintain dashboards to track progress, analyse trends, and flag risks, ensuring timely interventions backed by datadriven insights.


- Champion OKR awareness through trainings, communication, toolkits, templates, and playbooks to enable seamless adoption.


Organizational Design & Effectiveness:


- Partner with senior leadership to assess and optimise org structures for effectiveness, scalability, and agility.


- Support organisationwide change initiatives including functional realignments, new business vertical mapping, and structure redesign.


- Conduct org diagnostics (spans & layers, role clarity, redundancies, benchmark analysis) to recommend restructuring or realignment where necessary.


- Work with HR and business stakeholders to define capability frameworks, role charters, job levelling structures, and governance models.


Candidate Profile:


Technical & Functional Skills:


- Strong understanding of OKR frameworks, organisational effectiveness models, and performance methodologies.


- Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools with the ability to derive insights and influence decisionmaking.


- Exposure to change management, competency frameworks, HR analytics, and transformation programs is preferred.


Leadership & Behavioural Competencies:


- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with proven experience engaging CXOlevel leadership.


Education & Experience:


- Masters degree in HR, Business Management, or related fields.


- 5-10 years of experience in HR strategy, organisational development, or performance management roles.


- Prior experience implementing OKRs or leading large-scale organisational transformation projects is highly desirable.
