The Senior Manager - Talent Development will lead strategic talent and leadership development initiatives across the organization. The role will be responsible for designing leadership programs, driving succession planning and talent reviews, managing enterprise learning journeys, and partnering with senior stakeholders to build critical organizational capabilities aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Capability Development:

- Design and implement leadership development frameworks and capability-building initiatives.

- Build leadership pipelines aligned to future business needs.

- Drive interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness and leadership readiness.

Talent Management & Succession Planning:

- Support enterprise talent reviews and succession planning processes.

- Identify and develop high-potential talent pools.

- Strengthen talent pipelines for critical leadership roles.

Learning & Development Strategy:

- Create and deliver end-to-end learning journeys for key employee segments.

- Lead leadership development programs in collaboration with premier business schools and external learning partners.

- Develop scalable and innovative learning solutions that drive measurable impact.

Strategic Projects:

- Lead talent and learning initiatives linked to transformation, growth, and organizational priorities.

- Ensure strong program governance, execution excellence, and stakeholder alignment.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and global Talent Development teams.

- Act as a trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, learning strategy, and capability building.

- Influence senior stakeholders to drive talent priorities and development outcomes.

Learning Analytics & Systems:

- Manage learning dashboards, reporting, and analytics.

- Generate insights to improve program effectiveness and adoption.

- Drive governance and optimization of learning systems and processes.

Learning Culture & Employer Branding:

- Lead internal communication and branding initiatives for learning and development.

- Drive employee engagement and adoption of development programs.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth across the organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8 - 12 years of HR experience with significant exposure to Talent Development, Leadership Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development.

- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.

- Strong understanding of talent review and succession planning frameworks.

- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing skills.

- Experience managing large-scale strategic projects and driving execution.

- Ability to work with senior leadership and global stakeholders.

Preferred:

- Experience partnering with reputed business schools and external learning providers.

- Exposure to learning analytics, dashboards, LMS platforms, and talent systems.

- Experience leading enterprise-wide or global talent development initiatives.
