The Senior Manager - Talent Attraction (Engineering and Emerging Tech) will play a pivotal role in defining and executing a talent strategy to identify, engage, and attract niche engineering professionals who thrive at the intersection of cloud, DevSecOps, AI, and modern software engineering.
Partnering closely with the Head of Recruitment, India, and global talent leaders, this role will help drive hiring excellence and strengthen Company's position as a destination for world-class engineering talent.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, map, and engage top engineering talent across India, with a deep understanding of product-based, full-stack, and cloud-native technology ecosystems.
- Analyze and track industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and technology maturity levels to pinpoint target organizations, emerging skills, and untapped talent pools.
- Collaborate with Brand and Communications teams to position Company's engineering culture and value proposition compellingly within advanced tech communities and digital ecosystems.
- Leverage non-traditional channels such as HackerRank, GitHub, Mercer | Mettl, and niche online communities to identify high-Caliber engineering talent.
- Partner with senior engineering leaders, recruitment leads, and chapter area heads to translate complex technical capability needs into actionable talent strategies that deliver the right profile at speed and scale.
- Mentor and upskill recruitment teams on technical assessment frameworks, sourcing analytics, and next-generation sourcing tools.
- Design and optimize HR recruiting sprints aligned to smaller, high-performing squad model, ensuring delivery against evolving workforce needs in DevSecOps, AI, and cloud.
This role demands a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on influencing stakeholders and representing company within high-impact technology networks.

Your skills and experience:
Experience:
- 12-16 years of progressive experience in technology talent strategy, recruitment, or market intelligence roles.
- Early-career experience as a software engineer or technical recruiter in a product-based or tech-first environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in building or scaling tech hiring programs for advanced organizations (e.g., fintechs, global tech firms, or cloud-native enterprises).
- Proven track record in identifying, attracting, and engaging senior engineering talent across diverse geographies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline (mandatory).
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Management (preferred).

- Represent Company externally through thought leadership, storytelling, and participation in industry events, meetups, and conferences.
- Engage and Activate Tech Communities
- Establish partnerships with universities, incubators, and professional networks to nurture early and experienced tech talent pipelines.
- Host and participate in meetups, hackathons, and digital community engagements to position Company at the forefront of technology innovation.
- Cultivate authentic relationships within engineering communities such as GitHub, HackerRank, and niche online ecosystems.
- Influence and Collaborate Across Leadership Levels
- Engage and influence senior technology stakeholders - including CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and senior product leaders - on talent strategy and workforce planning.
- Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, TA leads, and business leaders to co-create holistic, enterprise-level talent strategies.
- Demonstrate executive presence and the ability to communicate complex insights to senior audiences with clarity and conviction.
- Drive Data-Driven and Insight-Led Decision Making
- Utilize analytics and sourcing intelligence to inform strategy, track effectiveness, and refine talent engagement approaches.
- Evaluate and implement next-generation recruitment technologies (e.g., HackerRank, Codility, Mercer Mettl) to enhance sourcing precision and efficiency.
- Apply analytical and storytelling capabilities to influence decision-making through data-backed narratives.
