About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition (Tech Hiring) to lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and IT functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in building strong tech talent pipelines, managing stakeholders, and driving strategic hiring initiatives to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technology and IT roles across mid to senior leadership levels.

- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning and translate requirements into effective hiring strategies.

- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, market mapping, and use of recruitment tools/ platforms.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality tech talent.

- Ensure recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire) are consistently achieved.

- Mentor and lead the recruitment team, ensuring capability building and performance excellence.

- Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarking, and emerging hiring practices within the tech industry.

- Manage vendor/partner relationships and evaluate their effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, processes, and organizational values.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on Technology & IT Hiring.

- Demonstrated success in hiring for niche, senior, and leadership tech positions.

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.

- Expertise in modern sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).

- Experience in leading a TA team and driving high-performance culture.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environment.

- Stability in career track with demonstrated long-term impact in previous roles.
