Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to lead strategic and high-impact talent acquisition across multiple locations in the South Zone. The role demands ownership of the entire hiring lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding, while driving quality, efficiency, and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Multi-Location Hiring: Strategically manage end-to-end recruitment across metro, semi-metro, and Tier-1 locations, including niche, bulk, and campus hiring.
- Talent Strategy & Employer Branding: Design and execute recruitment campaigns leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, job fairs, and campus drives to attract top talent.
- Quality of Hire: Implement psychometric assessments and advanced evaluation techniques to ensure best-fit hires.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Senior Leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and report key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-of-hire, and talent pipeline health.
- Employee Engagement & Referrals: Build strong internal partnerships to maximize employee referrals and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in managing high-volume and multi-location hiring, preferably in Hospitality, QSR, or Entertainment sectors.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools, psychometric assessments, and talent analytics.
- Energetic, results-driven, and capable of leading recruitment operations at scale.
