Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition | Global SaaS startup
Our client is a global leader in accessibility software and services, enabling organizations to meet compliance mandates and deliver inclusive digital experiences.
Role: Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid: 1-2 days/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead TA for India (~150 employees) and support global hiring.
- Manage volume hiring (30-40 positions annually) for accessibility consultants, engineers, testers, and product roles.
- Drive campus programs, market mapping, and niche talent pool development.
- Optimize TA processes using first-principles thinking and sourcing tools.
- Handle offer negotiations, shift allowances, and compensation structures.
Ideal Profile:
- 3-6 years in TA within IT services, SaaS, product, services or consulting.
- Proven experience in volume and niche technical hiring.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- MBA/PGDM from ( XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCHMRD, SIBM, IIMs, XIMB, XISS etc) preferred.
