Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and execute talent sourcing and recruitment initiatives across our plant operations and corporate functions. This role is critical in attracting top talent to support our growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition within large multinational organizations, with a focus on manufacturing/plant operations and corporate roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives for both plant and corporate functions.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Partner with plant managers, HR, and leadership teams to understand staffing needs and build talent pipelines.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.

- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other sourcing channels.

- Utilize data-driven insights and ATS systems to track recruitment metrics, optimize processes, and improve hiring efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence related to talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters preferred.

- 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including experience in manufacturing/plant environments and corporate roles.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with global talent markets and diversity hiring.

- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards across regions.

- Change management and strategic planning capabilities.
