Position: Senior Manager Talent Acquisition
Location: Gurgaon
Qualification: MBA HR with min 8-10 years of experience from a premier institute
Key Responsibilities
The role involves building recruitment strategies, improve quality of hire and ensure alignment with business goals to acquire the best talent.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing recruitment campaigns, a deep understanding search, and the ability to foster relationships with stakeholders across all levels. The incumbent should also exhibit strong leadership qualities, creativity in sourcing candidates, and a commitment to improving the overall candidate experience. It is Individual contributor role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive talent acquisition strategies, focusing on high-impact sourcing, employer branding, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and HR teams to identify workforce requirements and develop hiring strategies that support organizational needs.
- Diversity Initiatives: Champion diversity in recruitment practices and create inclusive hiring processes to attract a diverse talent pool.
- Recruitment Processes: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Market Trends: Stay informed about talent market trends and competitor practices to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and continuously improve recruitment efforts.
Do industry mapping, filling of mid to senior level roles, linkedin posts and search channels
- Partnerships for Talent Pipeline: Pertner with universities to secure a steady influx of skilled talent. These partnerships may involve internships, campus, and specialized collating & mapping talent pool to prepare the workforce for industry-specific needs to give competitive edge in the industry.
Effective utilization of social media to enhance the hiring process by reaching a broader audience, engaging with potential candidates, and promoting the company's brand.

Qualification & Experience:
- MBA HR with min 8-10 years of experience from a premier institute
- Prior experience of pharmaceutical sector will be preferred
- Strong communication skills (Good spoken and written English)
- Strong understanding of the recruitment processes, industry trends, and effective sourcing methods tailored for our industry
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities to foster long-term connections with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to analyze and leverage recruitment data for improved decision-making
- Knowledge of Working on SAP
- Strong expertise in recruitment analytics and process optimization.
- Deep knowledge of talent markets and regulatory compliance.
