Location: Gurgaon

Salary: Up to - 14 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance)

Are you an experienced HR professional with expertise in Non-IT recruitment? We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline for diverse verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall recruitment from sourcing to hiring for mid to senior-level positions

- Manage lateral hiring in Sales & Non-IT domains

- Build and maintain a high-quality talent database through portals, referrals, walk-ins & more

- Write & review JDs, align recruitment plans with business needs

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

- Manage vendor relationships & recruitment trackers

- Lead and mentor a team of 5-7 recruiters

What We're Looking For:

- MBA in HR (mandatory)

- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT focus)

- Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint

- Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills
