Our client is a leading ITeS MNC with offices across the globe and shared service centres in 5 metros in India. They are looking for a suitable person for Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition role

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (wok from office in Kharadi)

Industry: ITeS / BPM / Shared Services

Reports to: Head - Human Resources

Experience Required: 10+ years (At least 5+ years in a managerial role)

Job Purpose

To lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for lateral and volume hiring across domains (Tech & Non-Tech) in alignment with business goals of a fast-paced ITeS environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Strategy & Planning

- Design and execute workforce planning and recruitment strategies.

- Partner with business heads and HRBPs to understand headcount requirements.

2. End-to-End Talent Acquisition

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions including operations, technology, finance, and support teams.

- Lead junior/mid/senior-level hiring across voice, non-voice, IT, analytics, and support functions.

3. Team Leadership

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters to deliver against hiring goals.

- Track team KPIs and ensure SLA adherence.

4. Employer Branding & Campus Engagement

- Collaborate with marketing to run employer branding campaigns.

- Build campus hiring programs (including Tier 2/3 colleges and technical institutes).

5. Vendor & Partner Management

- Empanel and manage external recruitment vendors, RPOs, job portals.

- Negotiate terms and ensure performance metrics are met.

6. Data-Driven Hiring

- Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire.

- Use ATS and HRIS systems to track and report performance dashboards.

7. Process Improvement & Compliance

- Standardize recruitment processes and introduce automation where applicable.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, diversity mandates, and internal audit standards.

Key Skills and Competencies

- Strong understanding of the ITeS/BPM ecosystem and hiring landscape in India

- Expertise in high-volume and niche hiring (voice, non-voice, RPA, analytics)

- Hands-on experience with ATS tool

- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytics and decision-making capabilities

Educational Qualification

- MBA in HR / PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute preferred

- Certification in Recruitment / Talent Management is an added advantage
