ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support the hiring manager with market intelligence to develop job discerption for the role in consideration. - Proactively maintaining a ready database of candidates in skills commonly demanded. - Soliciting candidates from Job board, and Job sites to find the right fit candidate for the role. (Naukri, Shine, etc.) - Effectively utilizing Digital & Social media platforms to solicit candidates for the role being worked upon. (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) - Proactively develop network internally and externally in forums where candidates of the desired skills are available. (GitHub, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook groups, etc.) - Hire and maintain a team that would deliver on Companies lateral hiring requirements. - Maintain and revise Hiring SOPs. - Lead, Guide and Mentor a team of recruiters. - Utilize the networks to generate internal and external referrals. - As the company's brand ambassador Interact with candidates via multiple mediums to communicate correct information of the role, organization and the fitment of the candidate in the scheme of things. - Coordinate assessments, interviews, offer, pre joining engagement till the candidate is handed over to the onboarding team. - Maintain self-productivity related data such as sourcing, conversion and selection ratios. - Maintain all work on the company's Application tracking system. - Proactively keeping all stakeholders informed on the progress of the mandates.
