Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition with a strong startup mindset, deep exposure to AI-enabled HR tech, and hands-on experience in modern, non-traditional sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet execution-focused leader who can build scalable hiring engines for fast-growing, tech-driven organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for mid to senior-level roles across tech and non-tech functions
- Design and implement AI-led and data-driven recruitment processes to improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Build and manage non-traditional sourcing channels (talent communities, referrals, social hiring, niche platforms, hackathons, etc.)
- Leverage HR tech tools, ATS, automation, AI sourcing platforms, and analytics to optimize recruitment outcomes
- Partner closely with business leaders and founders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team aligned to business growth
- Establish strong employer branding initiatives across digital and social platforms
- Drive diversity hiring, talent pipeline creation, and future-ready workforce strategies
- Track and report hiring metrics, funnel analytics, and ROI on sourcing channels
- Manage external partners, vendors, and recruitment agencies strategically
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in startups, AI, SaaS, or tech-driven organizations
- Proven experience in modern sourcing techniques beyond traditional job portals
- Strong exposure to HR tech platforms, AI sourcing tools, ATS, recruitment automation, and analytics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Strong understanding of tech hiring trends, market intelligence, and talent mapping
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and execution-focused leadership style
