Location & Flexibility:

- This position will work in a hybrid model from our office in Noida/ Gurgaon, two days weekly.

- Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting from other global offices.

The Opportunity:

- As a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be a key strategic leader responsible for driving our company's talent acquisition excellence across multiple teams in India, while closely collaborating with our global talent acquisition network. You will shape and execute innovative recruiting strategies while building and leading high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results throughout the India market.

- As the most senior leader in this market, your role will be instrumental in building the future of our workforce while contributing to our company's global talent strategy through cross-cultural initiatives and programs.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team across multiple pipelines within the India, including mentoring and developing team members

- Partner with international talent acquisition teams to ensure consistency in global recruiting practices while adapting them to the India context

- Implement and manage scalable talent acquisition processes, tools, and analytics to support enterprise-wide hiring needs

- Analyze and leverage data to influence outcomes, identify problems, and implement sound solutions

- Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic workforce plans and understand talent needs

- Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at internal and external events

- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners while optimizing recruitment processes and tools

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

- Proven record of leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations

- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, best practices, and HR technologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic workforce plans

- Experience in managing and optimizing recruitment processes in a large, complex organization

- Strong business acumen and ability to partner effectively with senior business leadership

- Advanced English and Tagalog communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cultures
