We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles within the healthcare sector. This role will focus on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and driving a strong recruitment engine that meets the needs of a fast-growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals

- Partner with leadership to forecast manpower requirements (clinical, paramedical, support, admin, corporate)

- Create and monitor hiring dashboards, recruitment SLAs, and TATs

Sourcing & Recruitment Operations

- Drive sourcing for niche and volume-based healthcare roles (doctors, nurses, technicians, etc.)

- Leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment partners, and campus hiring

- Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data management

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Collaborate with department heads and HRBPs for role clarity and fitment

- Engage and manage recruitment agencies and third-party staffing vendors

- Drive process efficiency and consistency across units/hospitals

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

- Build employer visibility through hiring campaigns, job fairs, social media, and campus connect programs

- Enhance candidate experience through timely communication and feedback

- Own pre-onboarding engagement and handover to HR operations

Team Leadership

- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters across geographies

- Build capability and drive accountability in the TA team

- Monitor performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field

- 8-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, healthcare/hospital/clinical

experience is must.

- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies for clinical/medical profiles

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
