
Description: This is a senior-level Talent Acquisition role requiring strong experience in both tech and non-tech hiring, with a focus on Financial Services. Key responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, employer branding, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across Tech and Non-Tech roles.
- Lead hiring for Financial Research and Corporate groups.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide consultative support.
- Design innovative sourcing strategies, including non-traditional channels.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and develop creative ways to attract talent.
- Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitor benchmarking.
- Improve and streamline TA processes for efficiency and consistency.
- Manage documentation, compliance, and recruitment analytics.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing recruitment team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree with 816 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Strong expertise in non-tech hiring, especially for Financial Research or similar corporate functions.
- Excellent stakeholder and hiring manager management skills.
- Strong experience sourcing talent through multiple platforms and channels.
- Ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage simultaneous projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Prior team-handling or team-leading experience.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and flexible work culture.
