
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution across Pan India operations, with a strong focus on hiring for Sales, Business Development, and Admissions teams within the EdTech sector. This role will be responsible for building robust talent pipelines and ensuring timely closure of critical positions to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition for Pan India hiring requirements
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for Sales, Business Development, and Admissions roles
- Ensure closure of positions within defined timelines, maintaining quality of hire
- Drive high-priority hiring mandates, especially for revenue-generating roles
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and recruitment frameworks
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to deliver on hiring goals
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives within the EdTech ecosystem
Required Candidate Profile :
- 12-16 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to Pan India hiring
- Proven expertise in EdTech recruitment, especially for Sales / Business Development / Admissions roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume and fast-paced hiring environments
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Data-driven approach to recruitment with a focus on timelines and quality
Educational Qualifications :
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred
