Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition - Senior Manager to lead our recruitment team. Hiring Manager Relationships: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions. 7. Metrics and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source-to-hire, etc.) to inform recruitment strategies. 8. Budget Management: Manage recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective solutions. 9. Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures. 10. Compliance: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, laws, and regulations.
