Description:
Looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our hiring efforts across functions. This role demands a strong understanding of both tech hiring (engineering, product, data, etc.) and non-IT hiring (enterprise sales, customer success, Key account management etc), including bulk field sales hiring across multiple geographies and leadership hiring across functions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team to fulfil hiring needs across tech and business functions
- Own end-to-end recruitment strategy, execution, and process optimization
- Drive large-scale hiring initiatives for on-ground sales and operations teams across multiple cities
- Lead CXO and mid-senior level hiring in tech, business, and support functions
- Work closely with the leadership team to build and execute against a long-term talent acquisition strategy for various regions in the sales teams in the company.
- Collaborate with business and functional heads to forecast talent needs and build proactive pipelines
- Implement recruitment analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and accountability
- Build strong employer brand presence through online and offline initiatives
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and timely closure of key roles
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of recruitment experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in all functions hiring including bulk non-tech hiring (preferably sales or field ops)
- Must have Experience in bulk hiring for direct / field sales function.
