Role: Lead - Recruitment & Process Excellence Role summary: Own the recruitment delivery, recruitment analytics, and process excellence and lead tech & AI- driven innovations to improve service delivery, candidate experience and recruiter productivity. The role combines deep recruiting acumen with strong data, product and change- management skills. Key responsibilities: 1. Lateral hiring ownership - Manage end- to- end lateral hiring for one or two fast- growing businesses, ensuring timely closures, quality of hire and strong stakeholder satisfaction. - Run data- backed manpower planning, funnel management and capacity planning. 2. Recruitment analytics & dashboards - Build, own and continuously improve recruitment dashboards (TAT, funnel conversion, source mix, offer- to- join, recruiter productivity, campus vs lateral performance, etc.). - Identify gaps and leakages in hiring funnels across businesses, recruiters and channels, and drive corrective actions. - Generate actionable insights from data to improve recruiter productivity across spans, optimise sourcing strategy and strengthen quality of hire. 3. Process excellence, governance & compliance - Lead process standardisation, documentation and audits across TA - workflows, SLAs, selection guardrails, interview frameworks and approval matrices. - Identify process gaps vs. internal policies and external best practices, and drive fixes to make processes more compliant, consistent and scalable. - Run process- improvement projects (automation, self- service, structured assessments, interview capacity planning, candidate experience journeys). 4. Tech, AI and product- led innovation - Evaluate and implement tools for sourcing, screening, scheduling and assessments (including GenAI- based solutions). - Use AI/automation to improve candidate communication, reduce manual work (e.g., scheduling, follow- ups, feedback tracking) and enhance recruiter productivity. 5. Stakeholder management & reviews - Partner with TA leaders, business heads and finance to define and track hiring KPIs and productivity metrics. - Run periodic reviews with business and TA leadership, highlighting insights, risks, opportunities and effectiveness of campus and lateral channels. Desired profile: Education: Tier- 1 MBA. Experience: 6-8 years in Talent Acquisition / HR Analytics / Process Excellence, with: - Strong recruitment acumen across lateral (sourcing, assessment, offer management, stakeholder management and candidate experience). - Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets a must; exposure to SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) preferred.
