Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Description:
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute hiring strategies, forecast staffing needs, and plan for future workforce requirements.
- Sourcing & Attraction: Identify and attract candidates (passive and active) using diverse tools, building talent pipelines, and managing recruitment marketing.
- Screening & Selection: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Candidate Experience: Provide a positive, branded experience, ensuring clear communication and feedback throughout the process.
- Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires and manage necessary paperwork.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain candidate databases (ATS), track metrics, and report on recruitment effectiveness.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's culture and values.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and diversity hiring.
- Strategic thinking and data analysis
