Description:


- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.


- Lead and mentor the recruitment team; drive performance and productivity.

- Oversee end-to-end hiring for multiple functions, including leadership & niche roles.

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, role scoping, and hiring decisions.

- Build strong talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels.

- Ensure recruitment process excellence, SLA adherence, and compliance.

- Drive TA reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights.

- Manage vendor relationships and support employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 35 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience managing high-volume, niche, and leadership hiring.

- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and market trends.

- Experience building and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
