CTC Range: 32-34 LPA

Team Size Managed: 20+ Recruiters

What We're Looking For?

- Strong tech background with proven experience in large-scale talent acquisition

- Currently working as a Senior Manager or equivalent in a Big 4 or Tier 1 Service organization

Note:

- Candidates from RPO or mid-sized organizations will not fit this requirement

- Hands-on experience in volume hiring for technology roles

- Demonstrated success in managing and motivating large TA teams (20+ members)

- Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
