Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Hiring & Planning:
- Develop and execute the organizations recruitment strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and workforce planning.
- Use data and analytics to track hiring metrics and improve sourcing strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, sourcers, and recruitment coordinators.
- Set team goals, monitor performance, and ensure delivery against KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Sourcing & Employer Branding:
- Drive innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top talent (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, events).
- Manage employer branding efforts to promote the company as an employer of choice, including social media campaigns and careers site optimization.
Candidate Experience:
- Oversee the end-to-end candidate journey to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
- Implement feedback loops from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve processes.
Process & Compliance:
- Standardize and optimize the recruitment process across departments.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, EEOC guidelines, and internal policies.
- Partner with HR operations and legal teams for onboarding and documentation.
Technology & Reporting:
- Manage ATS and recruitment tools to streamline operations.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track hiring progress and present insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
