Senior Manager - Supply Planning

About the role:

Currently we are hiring as Senior Manager - Supply Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute short-term and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts.

- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to align capacity and material availability.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and excess stock.

- Track supplier lead times, production constraints, and capacity limitations.

- Participate in S&OP / IBP processes and planning reviews.

- Identify supply risks and propose mitigation plans.

- Analyse variances between planned vs actual supply and recommend improvements.

- Maintain planning data and reports using ERP systems.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain planning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / APO / Kinaxis).

- Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Education: B.E/ B.Tech Or MBAs from Premier Institutes.

Industry: FMCG/ Foods/ Beverages / Internet/ E-Commerce & Quick Commerce.
