Senior Manager - Supply Chain Systems & Processes

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain & Optimize Planning Systems: Oversee the regular upkeep, optimization, and troubleshooting of planning systems to ensure efficient and accurate operations. Support configuration design, customization, integration, and testing activities in line with evolving business requirements.

- Master Data Management: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across all systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely updates and corrections. Experience with MES systems and integration of MES data with SAP is desired.

- Automate Reporting Processes: Design and implement automation solutions for routine and ad-hoc reporting to improve accuracy, speed, and efficiency of data delivery.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and business teams to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure planning tools effectively support organizational needs.

- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify system issues and bottlenecks. Partner with technical teams to implement sustainable solutions.

- Training & Support: Provide end-user training on planning systems and tools, share best practices, and offer ongoing technical and functional support.

- Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to data governance policies and industry standards, enabling accurate and timely reporting.

- Performance Monitoring: Continuously track the performance of planning systems and reporting tools, implementing improvements based on feedback and KPIs.

- Data Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and visualization tools to help stakeholders make quick, data-driven decisions.

- Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides to ensure consistency and smooth knowledge transfer.

- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 4-6 direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.

Technical Qualifications:

- SAP APO Expertise: Strong experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SAP APO modules, especially Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, and Production Planning.

- SAP Master Data Management: Deep understanding of SAP MDM processes, ensuring accurate and consistent data across materials, vendors, customers, and related objects.

- SAP Integration Skills: Experience integrating SAP APO with other SAP modules (SD/PP/MM in ECC or S/4HANA) and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow across the enterprise.

- Advanced Excel: Expertise in data manipulation, reporting, and analytics using advanced Excel functions.

- Data Management Tools: Familiarity with SQL, Informatica, or other ETL and data management/reporting tools.
