Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management Planning Domain

- This role involves driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging deep industry expertise to deliver value-driven solutions across supply chain and operations domains.

- You will be part of a high-impact Supply Chain & Operations practice, helping organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains for the future - with a positive impact on business, society, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.

- Act as the Business/Process Architect, leading whiteboarding and solutioning sessions with senior stakeholders.

- Drive business architecture and transformation initiatives, including Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modelling.

- Lead process discovery, optimization, and improvement projects to drive measurable outcomes.

- Develop and enhance assets, accelerators, and use cases to support solution delivery.

- Support business development and proposal solutioning (RFPs) with thought leadership and domain expertise.

- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, influencing stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.

Professional & Technical Expertise:

- Hands-on experience with leading BPM / Process Architecture tools such as ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, LeanIX, BiZZdesign, or Alfabet.

- Conceptual understanding of key business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Hire-to-Retire (H2R).

- Familiarity with ERP/CRM transformation programs and emerging technologies (Automation, Analytics, RPA, etc.).

- Exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred).

- Strong business acumen to translate process insights into strategic recommendations.
