Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management - Control Tower

A Senior Manager in a quick commerce supply chain control tower is responsible for optimizing and managing the end to end supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational execution and data analysis to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company's goals

- Develop and manage plans for inventory levels and replenishment strategies

- Oversee logistics operations, including Sourcing hub to dark store inventory movement and reverse flows

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cost in FC/ sourcing hubs

Control Tower Management:

- Monitor and analyze real-time, supply chain performance data using dashboards and reporting tools

- Identify potential disruptions and proactively implement mitigation strategies

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the supply chain

- Develop and maintain KPIs to track supply chain performance

- Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement

Cost and Loss Control:

- Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and optimize costs

- Manage supply chain losses/ leakages in inventory or handshake issues between different teams

- Address issues and resolve them promptly and effectively

Requires Skills and Experience:

- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices

- Experience in quick commerce or related industries with a focus on FC ops

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL Excel

- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives
