About the job:

- Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing robust supply chain strategies, managing complex logistics, and driving operational excellence within an 7-9 year experience range.

- This role is critical in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective, and timely flow of materials and products across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that are fully aligned with overall company goals and objectives.

- Lead demand forecasting and production planning processes to meet business needs efficiently.

- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans across the entire supply chain to ensure business continuity.

Operations & Execution:

- Manage all facets of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution activities.

- Oversee dispatching operations and ensure the timely dispatch of finished products and spares.

- Handle dispatch challenges and resolve discrepancies swiftly to maintain service levels.

- Coordinate effectively with manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales teams to ensure smooth, integrated operations.

Vendor & Cost Management:

- Establish strategic relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and reliable supply.

- Optimize inventory levels to significantly minimize holding costs while proactively avoiding stockouts.

- Monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuously identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Compliance & Technology:

- Ensure strict compliance with all legal, regulatory, and environmental standards relevant to supply chain operations.

- Leverage ERP systems and supply chain software, specifically demonstrating strong experience in SAP HANA, for advanced reporting, analysis, and process automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 8 to 9 years of comprehensive experience in Supply Chain Management.

- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, sourcing, and detailed inventory control.

- Technical: Proven experience in SAP HANA is mandatory.

- Proficiency in leveraging ERP systems and supply chain software for operational excellence.

- Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal) to manage external vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.

- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.

- Mindset: Highly analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
