We are currently seeking a Senior Manager Supply Chain Management to join our client's team in Chennai.

About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Manager Supply Chain Management to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food services supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to distribution, and the technical know-how to drive efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and streamline the complete supply chain process procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

- Plan and forecast demand to ensure smooth supply and zero stockouts across outlets.

- Develop strong vendor partnerships and ensure consistent supply of quality materials at the best cost.

- Implement ERP/SCM tools for process automation, data analytics, and inventory management.

- Optimize logistics and cold chain operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of food materials.

- Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and food safety compliance standards.

- Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.

- Lead, train, and motivate the supply chain team for operational excellence.

What We're Looking for:

- Bachelors / Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Food Technology.

- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management within food services, QSR, or FMCG.

- Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, etc.

- In-depth understanding of supply chain management and inventory planning.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Passionate about efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
