Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager Supply Chain Finance, you will be at the forefront of driving financial innovation within our supply chain ecosystem. Your day-to-day will involve structuring and executing supply chain finance programs, collaborating closely with internal teams such as sales, credit, and operations, as well as external partners including suppliers, buyers, and financial institutions. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing working capital, mitigating risk, and fostering stronger relationships across the supply chain, ultimately contributing to enhanced profitability and sustainable growth for the organization and its partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Structure and implement innovative supply chain finance solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients and their suppliers, enhancing their working capital efficiency.

- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments of potential supply chain finance programs, ensuring alignment with the company's risk appetite and strategic objectives.

- Collaborate with sales and relationship management teams to identify and onboard new clients and suppliers onto our supply chain finance platform, expanding our market reach and impact.

- Monitor the performance of existing supply chain finance programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize their effectiveness and efficiency.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, buyers, financial institutions, and internal teams, fostering collaboration and trust.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies related to supply chain finance activities, mitigating potential risks and maintaining the integrity of our operations.

- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain finance, corporate finance, or trade finance, with a strong understanding of financial modeling, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

- Proven ability to structure and execute complex financial transactions, with a track record of delivering tangible results in terms of working capital optimization and risk mitigation.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, suppliers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to supply chain finance programs.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
