Senior Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics - Female Candidates

Job Overview:

Looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional to manage material planning, inventory, logistics, warehousing, distribution, and international supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage material planning and ensure timely availability of components and finished goods.

- Handle demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory management.

- Maintain optimum inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centres while controlling costs.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Finance to meet business and customer requirements.

- Manage outbound logistics, warehousing, order fulfilment, and last-mile delivery.

- Handle international logistics, import/export documentation, freight forwarding, and customs compliance.

- Manage domestic and international logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

- Optimize transportation, warehouse operations, route planning, and load consolidation.

- Coordinate with global operations for cross-border movement of goods and ensure compliance with trade regulations.

- Improve supply chain visibility through ERP, digital tools, and analytics.

- Track KPIs related to delivery performance, lead time, inventory, and logistics costs.

- Identify supply chain risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

- Drive process improvement and cost optimization across planning, logistics, and distribution.

- Implement best practices to improve material flow, operational efficiency, and service levels.

Desired Profile:

- Min. 12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Material Planning, Logistics, and Distribution.

- Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Automation / Printing or Packaging industry is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management and demand forecasting.

- Experience in international logistics and import/export operations.

- Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems and data analytics tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and process improvement skills.

- Experience in managing logistics partners and optimizing supply chain operations.
