Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain & Fulfilment Manager to drive end-to-end supply chain operations across D2C, B2B, B2C/Marketplaces and EBOs, with strong ownership of inventory, warehousing, fulfilment, logistics and cost optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain, inventory and fulfilment operations.
- Manage multiple warehouses, 3PL partners and logistics vendors across India.
- Build and monitor warehouse SOPs, SLAs and operational processes.
- Drive inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment and inventory health.
- Manage fulfilment across D2C, B2B, marketplaces and EBOs.
What Success Looks Like:
The successful candidate will help build a scalable, data-driven, and cost-efficient supply chain capable of supporting rapid business growth across D2C, B2B, B2C/Marketplace, and EBO channels.
The ultimate objective is to ensure the Right Product + Right Quantity + Right Location + Right Time + Right Cost, while maintaining strong fulfilment SLAs, improving inventory health, reducing dead stock and leakages, and creating scalable warehouse and logistics processes for future growth.
