About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Consultant with strong expertise in demand planning, supply planning, and end-to-end supply chain optimization.
The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, hands-on planning experience, and the ability to drive transformational initiatives for large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver consulting engagements focused on supply chain strategy, planning excellence, and process optimization.
- Manage end-to-end Demand Planning, including forecasting, statistical modelling, and collaborative planning with stakeholders.
- Oversee Supply Planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels, capacity utilization, and on-time fulfillment.
- Conduct current-state assessments and develop actionable recommendations to improve S&OP, inventory management, and planning accuracy.
- Implement supply chain best practices, frameworks, and tools to drive efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges and design tailored supply chain solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, operations, finance) to ensure seamless planning execution.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including system upgrades and planning tool implementations (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, O9, Anaplan).
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and insights to senior leadership.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in Supply Chain Consulting and Planning (Demand & Supply).
- Strong knowledge of S&OP, forecasting techniques, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
- Proven ability to manage client engagements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in top consulting firms or supply chain transformation projects.
