Senior Manager - Strategy - Industrial Products

Description :

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven Strategy Manager to lead strategic initiatives for the process industry business portfolio. The role will be responsible for driving corporate strategy, evaluating M&A opportunities, conducting financial and business analysis, and supporting long-term growth planning at the group level.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the process/manufacturing sector, along with experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment analysis, or M&A.

Key Responsibilities :

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) :

- Identify potential acquisition, JV, partnership, and investment opportunities within the process sector

- Lead financial evaluation, valuation modeling, commercial due diligence, and synergy assessment

- Coordinate with investment bankers, consultants, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders during transactions

- Support post-merger integration and performance tracking

Financial & Business Analysis :

- Prepare financial models, business cases, and investment feasibility studies

- Analyze business performance, profitability, cost structures, and operational efficiencies

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning activities

- Present strategic recommendations and reports to senior management and board members
