Senior Manager - Strategy & Transformation - EPC

We are working with a leading global EPC organization to identify a Senior Manager - Strategy & Transformation, based in Mumbai. This is a high-visibility role that will work closely with senior leadership to drive enterprise-wide transformation and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive cross-functional transformation programs across business units

- Manage high-impact initiatives from strategy formulation to execution

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity improvement, and margin enhancement

- Support business expansion, portfolio strategy, and new growth initiatives

- Drive adoption of digital and process transformation initiatives

- Work closely with leadership, finance, operations, and external stakeholders

- Track program performance and ensure strong governance and execution

Candidate Profile:

- 6-9 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting roles

- Background in EPC, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred

- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills

- Proven experience in program management and stakeholder engagement

- MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM / ISB / top global B-school) preferred
