Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber professional for one of our largest clients based in Mumbai. This role is for a large Indian conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Strategy & Program Management:

- Develop and drive organization-wide initiatives aligned with long-term business priorities.

- Work alongside multiple business units to define objectives, implementation plans, and measurable outcomes.

- Identify opportunities for operational and performance improvements through structured analysis and benchmarking.

- Support leadership teams in translating strategic goals into practical execution roadmaps.

Data, Analytics & Insights:

- Build frameworks to collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of enterprise data.

- Generate actionable insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

- Establish data governance and quality control processes to improve reliability of key metrics.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and management updates for senior stakeholders.

Reporting & Disclosure Management:

- Lead the preparation of enterprise-level disclosures, reports, and performance communications.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of published information.

- Support responses to external assessments, evaluations, and information requests.

- Monitor emerging reporting requirements and recommend necessary changes to existing processes.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance:

- Collaborate with senior leaders, functional teams, and business units to align priorities and execution efforts.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration for complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.

- Facilitate workshops, reviews, and governance forums to track progress and address implementation challenges.

- Serve as a trusted advisor on strategic and reporting-related matters.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay current with evolving industry practices, business trends, and regulatory developments relevant to corporate reporting and enterprise performance management.

- Recommend process enhancements, capability-building initiatives, and training programs where required.

Required Skillset:

- We are looking for consulting candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in MBB - McKinsey, Bain, BCG only.

Analytical & Technical Skills:

- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis and advanced spreadsheet-based modelling.

- Experience working with data management platforms, reporting tools, or enterprise systems.

- Ability to convert complex information into clear, executive-friendly insights and recommendations.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to prepare high-quality executive presentations, reports, and business documents.

- Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and influencing stakeholders across functions.

Project Leadership:

- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

- Strong ownership mindset with demonstrated capability to independently drive outcomes.

- Experience delivering projects from planning through execution and review.
