Sr Manager - Strategy Alliances & Partnerships
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Business Model Innovation:
- Shape and execute the strategy for product penetration and endorsement by corporate hospitals, premier domestic and global healthcare institutions, and insurance providers.
- Develop innovative business models to drive strong stakeholder alignment and accelerate product penetration within the target markets.
- Create and nurture an ecosystem of reliable partners essential for maintaining and enhancing product features and market reach.
Strategic Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Lead and own strong, enduring relationships with critical stakeholders within key accounts, including C-Suite and Senior Management.
- Prepare detailed account analyses (including footprint, financials, strategic priorities, future investment plans, therapy profiles, patient segment profiles) to create highly customized product alignment and communication strategies.
- Develop comprehensive Account Plans to achieve immediate, mid-term, and long-term business revenue and scale-up objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder mapping and understand their priorities to inform engagement strategies.
- Execute calendarized engagement programs to drive deal closure milestones.
- Lead and drive C-Suite / Non-Clinical Management stakeholder relationships to expand business opportunities and foster growth.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision-making authorities within target accounts.
Deal Collaboration & Closure:
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to quickly turn around compelling deal proposals that create appropriate customer traction.
- Accountable for pitching, negotiations, and achieving critical deal closure milestones.
- Develop, align, and execute account plans jointly with sales teams to drive revenue growth, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, and product penetration objectives.
Account Performance & Operations:
- Responsible for overall account operations and achievement of performance targets.
- Consistently achieve Key Result Areas (KRAs) for revenue growth, patient enrollment, deal closures, and account sign-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 12-18+ years of proven experience in B2B / B2C sales, business development, or strategic account management, specifically in selling solution-based products/services.
- Sector Experience: Direct experience in sectors such as Insurance, Healthcare Consulting (e.g., Engagement Manager roles), High-end Capital Expenditure (Capex) / Solutions Sales in Medical/Life Sciences, or Digital Therapeutics (DTx) companies.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite and senior management stakeholders in large organizations.
- Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to shape strategy, develop innovative business models, and create partner ecosystems.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong expertise in the full sales cycle, including pitching, negotiations, and closing complex deals.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in detailed account analysis, financial understanding, and strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with internal sales, operations, and transformation teams.
- Communication & Presentation: Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and white paper development skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
Desired Skills & Advantages:
- Experience in the Cardiology / Medical Device or Equipment sector is highly preferable.
- Knowledge of the Insurance sector would be an added advantage.
