Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Strategy & Ecosystem Development:
- Build and execute a comprehensive GSI/ISV partner strategy
- Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners
- Develop joint go-to-market plans and partner enablement programs
2. Enterprise Business Development
- Drive revenue through partner channels
- Pursue and close large enterprise deals in BFSI and Government
- Build joint value propositions and manage partner pipeline
3. Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Manage C-level relationships across partner organizations
- Coordinate with product, sales, and marketing teams for partner success
- Represent the company at industry and partner events
4. Technical & Commercial Alignment
- Build partner-ready technical solutions with product teams
- Create partner incentive models and co-selling materials
- Ensure technical, pricing, and commercial alignment across engagements
